Here are a few of our “before and after” pics… We are still working on the “after” part of things, but hopefully this will show some of our progress on this health journey. Together, thus far, we’ve lost a combined weight of over 140 pounds! The only significant change we’ve made is our diet. We are not exercise freaks or weight lifters… though that’s probably not a bad idea at some point. Point is, see how much can be accomplished simply by changing some habits… and trusting the Lord for His help!
